Prior to joining Dragon Capital, Mr. Kamtsios was a Senior Partner at Ineko Capital Partners LLP, a Ukrainian private equity group. He has also previously spent four years at Commercial Capital Group, the private equity arm of Commercial Bank of Greece, as director of investments responsible for Russia and Ukraine, as well as for several investments of the bank in Western Europe and the USA. Mr. Kamtsios has accumulated extensive investment expertise in a breadth of industry sectors and has successfully sourced, executed and managed several investments for Commercial Capital in Eastern Europe. He has served on the board of directors of six Eastern European companies active in real estate, food processing, restaurant chains, distribution of FMCG, construction materials, and transportation industries. Prior to Commercial Capital, Mr. Kamtsios worked for five years in the leveraged buyout division of JPMorgan Chase in New York as Senior Associate. Chris received his BBA in Finance & Investments from Bernard Baruch College in New York in 1991 and has graduated with honors from a Management Training Program in 1993 sponsored by JPMorganChase.
Evgeny Fetisov

An experienced real estate professional, Evgeny has joined Da Vinci Capital from New Square, a fast-growing Moscow-based commercial and residential real estate developer and manager specialising in comprehensive land development projects. more
Initially as COO, and then later as CEO of New Square CRE (commercial real estate subsidiary), he was responsible for the business set-up and development, including establishing business processes, corporate strategy, sourcing of project finance and the management of the portfolio of commercial real estate projects.
During 2001 2003 he worked for McKinsey & Co as a Business Analyst, and from 1997 at Citibank as a Foreign Exchange Trader and Marketing Officer responsible for derivative products.
Mr. Fetisov attended the Real Estate Management Programme of Harvard Business School in 2007 and graduated from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation (International Economics) in 1996.
Mr. Fetisov sat on board of Europarts Rus in Russia and served as a representative of OPORA Russia (All-Russian Association of Small and Medium Businesses), Member of Construction and Development Committee until November 2007 helping to foster international endeavours. His opinions on various subjects have been appearing regularly in the business press.
Evgeny graduated from secondary school in Moscow, specialising in Physics and Math. He is fluent in English and Russian and speaks conversational German and Spanish.
Michael Boardman
Managing Director, Equity Capital Markets, Nomura International
Michael has more than 15 years of investment banking experience and is a senior member of the Nomura's ECM team in Europe. He has played a leading role in the origination, structuring and execution of equity offerings and privatisations in the emerging markets of EMEA as well as Western Europe. more
Since joining Nomura in 1992, Michael has helped numerous companies with their IPOs and other public/private transactions, raising in excess of €12 billion. In 2007, Michael acted as the lead banker in the US$1.93 billion IPO of PIK Group, the largest ever non-privatisation IPO from Russia.
Michael is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a first-class Masters degree from the University of St. Andrews.
Nick Langford
Head of Corporate Advisers, London Stock Exchange
Nick Langford is head of the team responsible for managing the relationship between the London Stock Exchange and UK Companies listed and quoted on Main Market and AIM and Corporate Advisers. The team also actively liaises with companies looking to join the Exchange's markets including Main Market, AIM and SFM. more
Nick joined the Exchange in 1999 and has served as a Senior Manager in the Company Services Department responsible for Main Market Admissions and Securities Management and as an Account Manager in RNS during the transition to RIE status.
Prior to joining the Exchange Nick started an extensive City career trading at the London Metal Exchange moving to the Gilt Market where he was a broker and salesperson.
Sebastian Rice

Prior to joining Akin Gump, Mr. Rice spent four years at Simmons & Simmons, where he acted on a large number of substantial corporate deals. During his time at Simmons, he was seconded to its corporate practice in Milan, where he acted on high-value Italian law mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Rice also worked at 3i Group plc, the private equity and venture capital house, as a legal advisor to the European investment teams.
Mr. Rice received his B.A. in Russian from Exeter University in 1993 and attended the College of Law in London. He was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1998.
Mr. Rice speaks fluent Russian and Italian.

Ray has over 26 years of experience in the investment banking field and was formerly Head of Corporate Finance of (Sumitomo) Daiwa SMBC Europe, prior to which he was a Managing Partner of the French merchant bank Demachy Worms & Cie Finance and the Managing Director of 3i CFI, the international corporate finance arm of the 3i Group.
Ray is a graduate of the Tulane Law School (Juris Doctorate 1984) and Seattle Pacific University (B.A. magna cum laude 1979).

Chris has spent 10 years at DTZ, in the UK, Hungary and Russia. He is Head of Valuation for DTZ, covering Central & Eastern Europe, based in Moscow, and is a chartered surveyor (MRICS) of 18 years experience. Chris has significant experience in valuing for IPO purposes in Russia, Kazakhstan and Central Europe, and most recently in the LSR Group listing.
Varun Gupta

Varun has a broad-based corporate practice, focusing on capital markets and M&A transactions. He regularly represents issuers and underwriters in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, including initial public offerings and high yield debt offerings. more
Varun has been based in Moscow since 2003 and has worked on a number of Russian IPOs, including the IPOs of AFK Sistema, Novatek, Comstar United Telesystems, Sistema-Hals and Sitronics on the London Stock Exchange, the IPO of Mechel Steel Group on the New York Stock Exchange and the IPOs of M.video and Bank Saint Petersburg on the RTS/MICEX.

Mark Banovich

Bruce Rayfield

Bruce joined the London Stock Exchange in December 2007 from Merrill Lynch (London) where he worked as a Corporate Stockbroker advising on and executing IPOs on the London Stock Exchange for numeroоus international companies including Russian and Kazakhstan based issuers. more
Bruce currently heads up the Larger Companies client relationship management team at the London Stock Exchange which involves the provision of advice to companies seeking a listing.
Previously Bruce worked at the UKLA for several years within the Specialist Issuer team and he was responsible for providing advice under the Listing and Prospectus Rules to companies and corporate advisers on IPO structures.
Jon Edwards

One aspect of his work is facilitating communication between the City investment community and Russia. Mr. Edwards is a frequent traveller to Russia and has also organized conferences in London to promote Russian companies to the investor community in the UK.
Mr. Edwards studied at Columbia University where he received his BA degree in Russian studies and joint JD/MBA degree in business and law. He joined the London Stock Exchange in August 2003, before which he worked on private equity transactions for Incepta Ventures UK Limited, Delta Capital and BNP-Invest. Mr. Edwards has more than six years of experience working with Russian companies in the natural resources, consumer products and pharmaceuticals sectors.
Zarina Korolova

Zarina joined the London Stock Exchange in November 2006 working alongside Jon Edwards in the International Business Development team. Zarinas focus is on developing Exchanges business in Russia and CIS, promoting its products and markets to companies and advisers. more
She works closely with local exchanges on joint projects aimed at facilitating the understanding of capital markets within the local business community. Another aspect of her role is bringing together the global financial community in London and that of Russia & CIS.
Prior to joining the Exchange, Zarina worked as a solicitor for the leading City law firms. She received her LLB degree from Kings College London in 2002. She is fluent in Russian and Polish.
