Mr. Andreev has 11 years of experience in financial services. Prior to joining Credit Suisse in August 2008, he was a Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance at MDM Bank. During 1997-2005 he worked in the Moscow office of UBS — for the first five years as a metals & mining analyst at Equity Research and starting in 2003 as a Director in the Investment Banking department where some of his transactions included $335m IPO of Mechel Steel Group, advisory to AngloGold on acquisition of Trans-Siberian Gold, $625m combined offering of Norilsk Nickel shares and UBS AG bonds exchangeable into Norilsk Nickel shares and others.

Mr. Andreev holds an Honours degree in International Finance from the Moscow University for International Relations.


BRUNO BALVANERA EBRD

Bruno Balvanera is the EBRD's Head of Regional Development in Russia and is responsible for the bank's offices in each of the seven Federal Districts. Mr. Balvanera has worked for more than 10 years at the EBRD, first as a Syndication Officer and then as the Global Head of Business Development, and has extensive experience of structuring investments in both Latin America and Central & Eastern Europe. more

Mr. Balvanera has been a member of the Board of Directors of companies in various sectors of the economy including tourism, telecoms and building materials, and has direct experience of negotiating at government level. Before joining the EBRD, Mr. Balvanera worked for a development bank in Mexico as an Investment Officer on projects in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Mr. Balvanera majored in Industrial Engineering and then specialized in Finance and Political Science. He earned his a MBA from the University of Chicago, where he was Class President.

The RVF implemented numerous successful investment projects, including Nizhpharm, now part of the Stada Group, Bridgetown Foods, Multiflex packaging and many others. Mr White created the company Marchmont Capital Partners in 2005 and resides in the city of Nizhny Novgorod. Mr. White received his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, at Northwestern University.

Mr. White-Thomson joined Credit Suisse First Boston through the acquisition of Donaldson, Lufkin, Jenrette in 2000. Prior to that, Mr White-Thomson worked for ING Barings Securities in Emerging European equities. Before joining ING Barings, Mr. White-Thomson served with the British Army between 1989 and 1994, during which he saw active service in Gulf War. Mr. White-Thomson was educated at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.

Ranked number one in basic materials by Hemscott, a leading independent investment research company, in its AIM Advisers Rankings Guide, Andrew and his team have brought in excess of 110 companies to the market, including a number of Russian AIM admissions.more

In 2002 he acted on the purchase of Mnogovershinoe mine for Highland Gold Mining Limited and together with Russian advisers spent some six months restructuring the company and assisting on systems to reach western standards of corporate governance before bringing the company to AIM later that year. More recently Andrew has advised on the recent investment in Highland Gold by Moscow-based Millhouse LLC. Andrew and his team have particular expertise in project managing and coordinating multi jurisdictional matters. In recognition of their strong international presence, Andrew and his team were awarded the Law Society's Excellence Award for Exporting Legal Services.

Andrew also lectures with the London Stock Exchange on the legal aspects of joining the London markets in Russia (Moscow, Eketerinburg, Perm and St Petersburg), Australia, Nigeria and China and is a member of RAG, the regional advisory group for the London Stock Exchange.
